Alaska’s Personal Use Salmon Fishing Gear

If you’re planning to hit Alaska’s personal use salmon fisheries, you’re in the right place. Our Dip Nets collection is built for one thing: helping Alaska residents successfully harvest salmon during dipnet season.

Dipnetting is a uniquely Alaskan experience—equal parts hard work, strategy, and freezer-filling reward. Whether you’re heading down to the Kenai, Kasilof, or Chitina, having the right net, replacement bags, and rigging gear can make the difference between a long day on the river and a cooler full of fish.

We carry Alaska-proven dip nets, replacement netting, re-hang kits, and accessories designed to handle fast water, heavy fish, and repeated use season after season. From first-time dipnetters getting geared up to seasoned locals upgrading or repairing their setup, this is the gear that gets it done.

Important Note for Alaska Dipnetting:

Dipnet fisheries are personal use only and are limited to Alaska residents. Regulations—including season dates, harvest limits, and gear requirements—change year to year. Always check with ADF&G before you go so you’re fishing legal and fishing smart.
