A typical bulk reel repair jobs can take anywhere from several weeks to a few months depending on the following variables: length of our que, number of reels in an individual work order, selected service package and, wait time or availability of replacement parts as/when required. Can you receive bulk repair requests for multiple reels at once?

Can I ship my reels directly to you?

Absolutely! We regularly receive (and return) reels by mail. Just make sure to fill out our Reel Repair Request form and include a copy in the box so we know who's reels they are and can identify what work needs done on them when we receive them. Can you return them with line and in a 'ready to fish' state?

Yes. We're happy to return your reels in 'ready to fish' condition. Additionally, we offer a FREE line winding service with the purchase of line. Simply let us know if you'd like your reels loaded with line on your work order and we'll get it done.

My reels are frozen to my rods. Can you separate them?

Yes. We can separate them however, there may be extra fees involved if they prove difficult to remove. Do you offer discounts for bulk services?
