If something looks off, give us a call — we’ll make it right.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

• You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information
• Payment must be completed before fulfillment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or limit quantities on any order
• Refuse orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized resale or bulk purchasing outside approved arrangements

For wholesale, bulk purchasing, or business orders, please contact us directly.

• Applicable sales tax will be added where required
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account
• We may limit quantities per person, household, or order where necessary

Pre-Pay & In-Store Pickup Orders

All items purchased using pre-pay & pick up options:

• Will be held for 14 days from designated purchase or pickup date (whichever comes later)
• After 14 days, uncollected items may:
  • Be cancelled
  • Be subject to a 15% restocking fee

If you need more time — call us. We’ll work with you.

Pricing & Errors

We work hard to price things correctly, but mistakes can happen.

If a pricing error occurs:

• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order
• You will be notified before any changes are made

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled separately.

• No purchase necessary to participate
• One entry per person per day
• Shipping charges may apply depending on winner’s location
